Yasha Osby, Esq.

As a South Florida native, Managing Attorney Yasha Osby loves to connect with her fellow South Floridians. Yasha was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. From a very young age, Yasha knew that she wanted to be an attorney and advocate those who did not have a voice in the legal process. It was for that same reason Yasha joined the pre-law program at Fort Lauderdale High School. Yasha initially began her career path as a Juvenile Probation Officer where she supervised youth who were placed on probation. Yasha enjoyed working with these often-overlooked youth as she understood how important providing second chances was to youth who made mistakes at such a young and delicate age. During her tenure as a probation officer, Yasha was able to learn court processes, the criminal justice system, dependency, family, and criminal law. Yasha has since transitioned into the legal field and is the managing attorney of Optimum Legal Services PLLC. Yasha is a natural problem solver and assists her clients with the most challenging problems. Her diverse practice areas include landlord and real estate law. Building rapport and creating long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients are of the utmost importance to Yasha. She is committed to maintaining a high level of communication. Coming from a social services background, Yasha understands the importance of being a voice for the most vulnerable and effectively conveying the legal process to clients.
